I absolutely love garlic, don’t you? Whether you are a garlic lover or not, there’s nothing better than freshly baked garlic herby rolls. Soft, fluffy, buttery, and delicious. My family always enjoys a garlic roll (or two) whether at lunch or at dinner time. These are also pretty easy to make. Best served warm!

1/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup warm milk
21/2 cups flour plus more for kneading
1 tsp salt
For Brushing: Mix 4-5 tbsp butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
